About Andrejka
Andrejka Bernatova is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Dynamix Corporation III (NASDAQ: DNMXU) and Founder and Managing Partner of Dynamix Capital Partners. An investor and operator, she has raised over $35B across oil and gas, water, midstream and clean power. She was previously CEO of ESGEN (NASDAQ: ESAC), CFO of the microgrid platform Enchanted Rock and of Goodnight Midstream, and co-founder and CFO of Core Midstream, and held investing roles at Blackstone and Mubadala after investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. She sits on the board of Salt Creek Midstream and holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
